Cryptocurrencies

Bitcoin Cash $119.14 USD (-14.61 percent): Taking coin price, network difficulty, and block rewards into account and using BTC as a baseline, Coin Dance estimates that BTC is a full 43 percent more profitable to mine than BSV, meaning that BSV miners are throwing away significant revenue by continuing to mine this blockchain. Ironically, BSV was supposed to be the miner-friendly implementation of BCH.

IOTA $0.262655 USD (-3.10 percent) Foundation is partnering with eCl@ss to standardize and simplify communication used across connected devices in the IoT. eCl@ss is internationally established as the only ISO/IEC-compliant industry standard and is thus the worldwide reference-data standard for the classification of products and services.

NEO $7.02 USD (-3.50 percent) released a new document outlining how the platform plans to further decentralize the network. The NEO Foundation will focus on promoting decentralization through off-chain governance – delegating consensus nodes to reliable and trustworthy parties.

Ripple $0.338017 USD (-2.89 percent): R3 has launched the Corda Settler, an application aimed to facilitate global cryptocurrency payments within enterprise blockchains – and it’s starting with XRP. R3 said XRP is the first globally recognized cryptocurrency to be supported by Settler, bringing the Corda and XRP ecosystems into closer alignment.

Stellar’s $0.136615 USD (-6.57 percent) XLM has been listed on National Digital Asset Exchange (NDAX), Canada's first exchange to add support for the XLM token.

ZCash $66.50 USD (-7.57 percent) is now available to retail customers using coinbase.com or the Android and iOS apps, a week after its listing announcement.
